Dear Patients,

Our practice has recently collected your feedback on our practice. We thank you for the many kind words and please note we have taken on board all your concerns. As a result of said feedback, we have taken  the following actions: 

  • Waiting Times –  some patients were not pleased with current waiting times. We have discussed with the relevant providers about the waiting times of our patients, and we hope that this will shorten the length of time waiting before you see your chosen GP. 
  • Appointments Available – in response to those saying it was hard to find available appointment times as quickly as they would like, we have been advertising and hiring more experienced and friendly doctors. This will increase the number of appointments we have daily for your convenience.
